You can now get more traffic to your site using Google web stories. Google’s own official WordPress plugin makes it easier for users to participate in it. Google has introduced a WordPress plugin to help publishers in gaining more traffic using the Web Story format. The WordPress plugin’s beta version has been released by Google now. This Web stories plugin helps to rank higher in search results, images, and apps in the Google search engine. Google Web Stories is the latest form of Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP). This content is mostly shown in small chunks. Each Web Story page contains a maximum of 10 words. The recommended size for the Web Stories is between four and 30 pages. Publishers can add related links, Google Ad Manager and Google DV360 (Beta) to their Web Stories. The Web Stories will be useful for mobile users who just want to see the content at a glance and that too, at a shorter time. Google Web Stories are free and open-source, and hence it will drive more traffic for your content. The final version of the Web Stories WordPress Plugin is going to be released on the summer end of 2020. The active version of the WordPress plugin is missing a few features like animation and page attachment support. It is expected that the final version of the plugin will have all the latest features and be better than the beta version.
