LinkedIn has unveiled a new look with an improved search experience for the LinkedIn community of over 700M professionals worldwide. Based on a survey, it was found that around three people are hired every second through the LinkedIn community even during this pandemic. With the redesigned look, it has become easier, inclusive, and enjoyable to use LinkedIn. With the new streamlined search experience, you can easily surface the people, events, and groups. It has been announced that a dark mode will be released with new illustrations that will showcase people with different abilities. Recently, LinkedIn also launched a feature called Open to Work, which is a simple LinkedIn profile photo frame that says that you are looking for your next opportunity. This helps employers to identify people who will be suitable for their businesses. Based on a survey conducted on LinkedIn, nearly 2.5 million members have adopted the Out to Work frame, from airline pilots to data analysts. LinkedIn has also said that over 40% of Open to Work photo frame members receive Inmails from the recruiters and 20% more messages from the LinkedIn community. With the new LinkedIn to be unveiled, you can integrate stories similar to the one used on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. It includes unique tools like Question of the Day and Localized Stickers. Some recent updates for the LinkedIn messages include Manage in Bulk, Edit/Delete, Emoji reactions, and Video Meeting.
